Cancellation Policy

At Local Motion, we understand that life can get busy and plans may change. To ensure fairness and allow other clients the opportunity to book, please note the following: Cancellations & Reschedules: We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your booking. Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 72 hours of your session, the booking fee will be non-refundable and the session will be forfeited. No Shows: If you fail to attend your session without notice, it will also be treated as a forfeited session. Memberships & Packs: Sessions included in memberships or bulk packs will be deducted if cancelled late or missed. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and understand that we strictly enforce this policy to ensure fairness and availability for all clients.
